When you have to make a high stakes case for an initiative in your firm or with a client, you have to make a convincing argument to the decision makers. How you present your idea will have a great impact as to whether you are successful or not. Are you prepared to make your case effectively?
This webinar, Making a Convincing Case Effectively, will teach you some fundamentals in human behavior research and change management to influence people to understand and accept your idea. You will discover the state of mind that your audience brings to your presentation and then how to engage them effectively to increase your ability to "sell" your plan.
