Course Description

In this one-hour webinar, How to Lead Through Workload Compression, participants will learn how to make their firms and themselves stay motivated and inspired throughout the year - including the seasons riddled with workload compression issues. More importantly, everyone will learn what not to do before, during and after those challenging times. Participants will take away how making small adjustments and being proactive is vital to prepare for the compression. Join the session to learn how not to make workload compression too complex because it will quickly become your adversary.

Presenter and Moderator Bios
Rick Grandinetti, Ph.D. received his Ph.D. in Business Management from Ashley University. He is an adjunct professor for the Nation's LOGTECH program, which educates military personnel on Best Business Practices and for The University of North Carolina's Kennan-Flagler Business School. Dr. Grandinetti currently works with United Airlines to alter their culture back to a World Class Status. Ninety-seven percent of the organizations Dr. Grandinetti has consulted with since 1989 have prospered even through the downward economy. In addition to his consulting work, he is the premier strategist for the Marines and Army. A published author, Dr. Grandinetti has written "Human Motivation through Achievement Drive", "Succeed Inside the Box Guaranteed", "Success in Inside the Box" and his another book coming out in 2017, "Don't be Fooled, Success is Inside the Box".

Cost

Delivery System

  • All programs are delivered using the Zoom platform.
  • Confirmations will include log-in instructions.
  • Participants are able to participate using any device with an Internet connect (if the device does not have speakers, the participant can also dial-in) or they can participate with audio only by dialing in.
  • All registrants will receive a link to the MAPCast’s recording by email within 48 business hours of event’s conclusion.
  • There will be assistance available to help with technical and connectivity issues up to 10 minutes prior to the start of the presentation.

Registration

All registration is done on-line with the names and email addresses of each individual guest. Log-in details will be emailed to all registrants approximately 1-2 days prior to each session.

Refund Policy

CPAFMA will not issue refunds for MAPCasts. If a registrant is unable to participate in the MAPCast and sends written notice to info@cpafma.org 48 hours prior to the session, a credit will be provided for a future MAPCast. Alert the CPAFMA staff member monitoring the MAPCast if technical difficulties are encountered and technical support will be provided to eliminate problems with future MAPCasts.

Additional Information

Live participation is required for CPE credit and polling questions must be answered to show active participation. All registrants will receive an email following the session with links to the slides and/or handouts, and a link to the MAPCast recording (unless otherwise stated). If you are unable to participate in the live session, you can still watch the recorded session, but you will not be eligible for CPE credits.
